Panther Packaging acquires a majority stake in Coswiger Wellpappe- und Papierverarbeitung GmbH

The previous managing partners will remain responsible for the further development of the company and will continue to be the contact persons for all customers, employees and partners.

Coswiger Wellpappe- und Papierverarbeitung is particularly successful in the areas of multipoint gluing, die cutting and small batches. These business areas are also to be strongly expanded in 2018. Another flatbed die cutter is already under construction and a decision will be made in the coming weeks on further capacities in the area of folding box gluers.

Coswiger Wellpappe- und Papierverarbeitung and the Panther Group have been working together in partnership for decades and now want to work the eastern German market for corrugated board packaging even more intensively together and take advantage of the emerging growth potential.
