The European Commission provides a platform for online settlement of disputes (OS): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are unwilling and not obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider and pursuant to Section 7 Para. 1 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general statute law. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transferred or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information pursuant to general statute law remain unaffected by this.
