Corrugated board and filter technology combine to form a clean solution
At the RRK Wellpappenfabrik, corrugated board was designed for the Painttrap® and Paintshield® filter types. Depending on the application, the modular system from MAMMUT FILTER uses fleece or paper as the filter material. The filter media are encased in the accurately punched corrugated board blanks. This creates a stable and torsion-resistant construction which, thanks to its ingenious design, can be set up in the paint booth in a short time. The filter elements do not use silicone and are not glued either.
Corrugated cardboard can also be different
Paintshield® acts as a pre-filter, the one-piece element acts as a “sacrificial” to protect the Painttrap® elements and reduce the need to change them. The corrugated board construction is an ideal complement for the filter media. In this niche application, all the advantages of the environmentally friendly material come into their own: The experts at RRK Wellpappenfabrik process the light and at the same time very stable corrugated board into the technically sophisticated blanks. Suitable outer boxes are also manufactured for the 2-part Painttrap® filters, which allow safe shipping to the various users and customers of MAMMUT FILTER.
