Vitamins and minerals ready-made for retail shelves - Taxofit® uses Panther's service expertise
The well-known Taxofit® vitamins and minerals go into the mix trays: magnesium, folic acid, iron + folic acid and energy B12. A tray contains a total of 21 product units, which vary in their dimensions.
The products manufactured by the Klosterfrau Healthcare Group are checked and documented by quality assurance and a Qualified Person from Panther Pharma Service, which specializes in services in the medical and pharmaceutical sector. Particular attention is paid to the proper condition of the goods packages, whether they are correctly closed or whether products are damaged, for example. The professionally trained Panther staff then remove the products and prepare them for filling the trays.
All documentation is in accordance with GMP guidelines; this also applies to the batch and test reports over the entire packaging route. Qualified staff then erect the prepared trays, fill them according to customer specifications, insert the fillers and seal the shipping units. These work steps are also consistently monitored: Weighing and camera systems on the project-related packing lines, which are set up according to type and batch, prevent products from being mixed up or mixed up incorrectly. The entire working environment as well as the incoming goods inspection meets the hygiene requirements and is temperature-controlled, as stipulated by the GMP manufacturing permit issued to Panther in accordance with Section 13 AMG (Medicines Act).
