Panther Display visualizes sustainable wellness areas at the PoS
The secondary placement for the campaign, a pallet display made from a combination of corrugated board and grass paper manufactured saving water and carbon dioxide, is a result of the experts at Panther Display: Both the material composition selected and the print design are an expression of the company philosophies of both cooperation partners Kneipp and Panther, who have very consciously committed themselves to the criteria of sustainability. For 130 years the name Kneipp has stood for natural expertise. Sustainability and naturalness are inseparable from the brand to this day. This also has an impact on the company's choice of packaging and display materials. Ambitious goals are defined in the Kneipp strategy for sustainable packaging: recycling, renewable raw materials, new materials, away from fresh wood fiber paper, these are the cornerstones of packaging development for the next few years. And: by 2023, all Kneipp packaging should be fully recyclable.
Against this background, the decision to work with Panther and for the display with grass paper content (18%) was an obvious one. Panther Display produces the secondary placement for use in drugstores and retail outlets from 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard with an outer cover made from unclad grass paper as a print carrier. Only the inlays and the transport cover to protect the display do without grass paper.
Designed for the ¼ pallet size, the PoS element can be equipped individually. Thanks to the small footprint, it can be used in markets of different sizes. Nevertheless, the display offers plenty of space for the Kneipp branded products. High stability and load-bearing capacity were therefore important requirements the customer placed on Panther. Organic herbal tea, body milk, cream bath or scented candle are among the wellness products, that add up to an impressive weight in the display with two tray levels.
As a renewable, resource-saving raw material, grass paper is the ideal material that visualizes Kneipp's claim with its own natural feel and look: The naturalness of the Kneipp brand is evident in the print design - the minimalist suggestion of tall grass on the base up to the topper, the theme of wellbeing takes up the theme in subtle colors. The front of the plinth belongs solely to the prominent image of the company logo, on the side wall Kneipp deliberately placed the information on the complete recycling of the secondary placement after the promotion.
