The lugs are formed from pre-punched and scored tabs on the narrow sides. Bent at a predefined angle, they fit precisely into the punched holes in the crates above. When stacked, they provide a firm hold in all directions, resulting in a stable pallet composite. The transport requirements for safe stackability and high stability are thus perfectly met.

In this form, the crates can be processed using an automatic machine. The risk of injury during destacking is minimized. In addition, the lugs are more stable and do not buckle.

The crate can be fully finished with an individual print design for a strong brand presence. Image and brand motifs are not affected by the arrangement of the lugs.
