• Planning and ensuring a smooth production process to achieve the planned quality, productivity and deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with our hygiene and accident prevention regulations
• Arranging repairs by maintenance
• Independent holiday and personnel deployment planning
• Daily exchange and transfer of information in the shift manager team

Your qualifications

• Training as a machine and plant operator or packaging technologist
• Further qualification as a master craftsman or technician is an advantage
• Beginners, returnees and career changers are also welcome
• First experience as a team/shift leader
• Willingness to work shifts
• Distinct quality awareness
• Good comprehension and technical understanding
• Commitment, flexibility, sense of duty and team spirit
