Your Tasks

• Support for all standard applications, such as the MS Office package, through to special programs and tools
• Working in an industry with a future: the corrugated board industry
• Support of the IT team of the Panther Group
• Ensuring trouble-free IT operations using diagnostic techniques
• Taking on administrative tasks in a Microsoft Windows network and the associated infrastructure
• Installation and operation of server and PC systems
• Perform data backups and restores
• Optimization of the existing IT architecture, including the introduction of new technologies
• Creation of analyzes based on MS-SQL reporting services

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable/related qualification
• Experience in user support
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Current Microsoft certification (MCSE) would be desirable
• Knowledge in the areas of data backup, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, SQL as well as the configuration and implementation of group policies
• Analytical thinking is one of your strengths
• Result- and solution-oriented work is always your aim
• Strong communication skills, sense of duty, assertiveness and ability to work in a team round off your profile
