• Conception, further development and implementation of the sustainability strategy, always in line with long-term corporate goals and legal requirements
• Coordination of energy and CO₂ reduction targets within the Group while maintaining cost efficiency
• Establishment and further development of management and reporting systems
• Responsible for implementing energy saving potential along the entire value chain
• Group-wide purchasing of primary energy requirements and optimization of procurement processes
• Comprehensive project management at all locations
• Creation of presentations, statistics, cost-benefit statements, etc.
• Analysis of existing processes, conception and implementation of new processes

Your qualifications

• Studied economics, engineering and natural sciences with a focus on sustainability, circular economy and energy management
• Professional experience in sustainability, risk management or comparable areas
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to travel
