Your tasks

• Support for major customers, with a focus on quality assurance
• Quality process support and -/improvement: Tests and optimization of the entire manufacturing and further processing process according to customer-specific quality requirements or QMH guidelines including test reports.
• Implementation and implementation of standardization in the quality control process (e.g.: 5 Why, root cause analysis)
• Documentation, evaluation and analysis of all quality-related data in the IT system
• Shared responsibility for ensuring that the quality of our products and processes meet customer specifications and the QMH
• Informing and training employees about new/changed customer requirements and specifications
• Organization and implementation of internal/external customer visits and meetings/ViKo's
• Support for special tasks/topics such as sustainability

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial/technical training with the affinity to work on problem solving
• Experience in the corrugated board industry would be an advantage
• Interest in maintaining and introducing quality standards
• Strong communication and contact skills across all hierarchical levels, also in English
• Hands on mentality and professional, as well as constructive approach in dealing with difficult situations
• Organizational skills, reliability and flexibility
• High motivation, initiative, sense of duty and team spirit
• Familiarity with common MS Office applications
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with internal IT programs
