Who looks after the industrial customers in the sales service, works with the sales staff in the field service and sales representatives according to their current specifications, works together with them on the assigned customers and interested parties according to the guidelines of the company's current sales policy.
Your tasks
- Advice and support for our customers
- Developing and implementing customer-specific requests
- Order entry, confirmation and processing
- Processing of complaints and credit notes
- Intensive cooperation with your sales representative
Your qualifications
Professional requirements
- Completed commercial/technical training, professional experience in sales or a comparable qualification
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- First experience with ERP system
