Your tasks

• Active and competent support of customer enquiries and implementation of customer-specific services
• Sales-orientated telephone conversations
• Professional, independent quotation management including quotation preparation, recording, calculation and follow-up
• Processing and recording orders
• Production support through to delivery
• Intensive cooperation with the sales force

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training
• German at native speaker level, expandable knowledge of English
• Willingness to learn and quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Initiative and sociability
• Commitment, flexibility, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• MS Office skills
