Your tasks

• Active and competent support of customer inquiries and implementation of customer-specific services
• Sales-oriented conversations on the phone
• Establishment of new and expansion of existing customer relationships by exploiting potential and expanding the product range
• Professional, independent offer management including offer creation, recording, calculation and follow-up
• Production support up to delivery
• Intensive cooperation with field service, packaging development, production and logistics

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training with experience in sales at an industrial company
• Business fluent knowledge of French and German as well as additional knowledge of English
• Personal initiative and sociability
• Willingness to learn and quick comprehension
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation
• Commitment, flexibility, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• MS Office skills
